Welcome to my new blog!

Welcome to my new site!

To all the new readers: I have previously been blogging for 3 years under candyandcookie.com; to all of you that followed me from my old site I am so thrilled to have you here!

With my career venturing towards full time fashion I decided that it was time to launch a site hosting both my stylist portfolio as well as my blog. Now having said that, with growth there had to be maturity and so Candy & Cookie had to go. This time around hopefully I won’t get confused with a blog about baked goods quite as much!

To make this a short intro – welcome to my new site – something I have been working on for months if not longer!

How else is one to launch a fashion blog but with an outfit post?

(Photos  taken by Miss Laura ”buynowbloglater.com”  before we headed off to O Concept store for their launch of a new beauty section).

I wore a body suit by an awesome quirky Aussie brand called Maurie & Eve (available at West L.A boutique in Dubai), together with a belt from a market stall in India, jeans shorts from American Eagle and golden Jimmy Choo sandals.

There was also some arm candy: bangle by House of Harlow (also from West L.A), skull shambala bracelet from Radical Fashion and golden leather band from McQueen. Ring by Cartier.

Very much in love with the body suit – apart from the fact that the shade is a tan enhancer, I also really love the lace back. It makes is ultra feminine!

Beyond excited about blogging from my new site – speak soon! XXX

  2. I love your new website! Especially the name!
Congrats on it and I can’t wait to see future blog posts 🙂

  3. You know, I almost bought the domain styledrifter.com a million times over the past year and just never got around to it for whatever reason… Now that it belongs to someone else (you, lol) I’m glad it’s being put to good use on a nice site with a great body of work (much more than I would have done with it)… Congrats on the launch and much continued success!!
