Last night started at the gorgeous Ralph Lauren store in Dubai Mall.
The man of the event was no one less but Nacho Figueras – an Argentinian polo player who’s also the face of Ralph Lauren Black Label. Needless to say the female part of the crowd was lining up for a photo opportunity. So did Yours Truly.
Whilst Nacho wasn’t my cup of tea (or bowl of Nachos) I do GET IT. Latino masculinity mixed with Ralph Lauren sophistication. P.S He smelled lovely too! Ralph Lauren POLO I am guessing.
It was time to head off to a ball (and not any ball but one thrown by Fendi) but on our way we decided it was time for Dubai’s best whisky sour and chocolate fondant. Both can be found at Zuma.
It was a good night! Mark Ronson played, I got snapped by Style.Com Arabia and I realized that the world is just more fun when you are ridiculously overdressed.
